Our bakery and shop is located at 97 Cockburn Road, Albany

We bake fresh daily

Open from 7am Tuesday to Saturday. Our shop sells freshly baked bread, a range of ready to eat baked sweet and savoury goods, as well as barista coffee and a selection of drinks.

Royale Patisserie specialise in creating authentic sourdoughs, organic, fermented and specialty breads. We use traditional recipes passed down through generations. 

All of our products are handmade with real ingredients, and baked by Artisan Bakers and Pastry Chefs at our Albany location.

Our Story

Established in 2006, Royale Patisserie is proudly owned and operated by the same family to this very day.

We have developed a range of gourmet loaves, including a range of Organic Sourdoughs, Cafe Burgers and breads designed to serve the restaurant industry. 

We make a wide variety of sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, gourmet lunches and many more seasonal products. 

We source the best quality ingredients. All flours are provided by a WA family owned and operated mill. We source as much local West Australian product as possible to produce our goods.
