Sourdough

Our sourdoughs are made from our own perpetual culture that was developed here in Albany, giving our bread the distinctive flavour of the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

We do not use commercial yeast (bakers yeast).
The sourdough is made with no additives, no preservatives and no sugar.

Packed with whole figs, apricots, sultanas, currants and walnuts. Voted Australia’s best fruit loaf.

Kalamata sour is packed with olives with fresh rosemary and thyme. It’s a very moorish bread.
