Rye sour
100% rye flour – no wheat flour used at all. Rye bread is dense loaf and with a low GI.
Our sourdoughs are made from our own perpetual culture that was developed here in Albany, giving our bread the distinctive flavour of the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
We do not use commercial yeast (bakers yeast).
The sourdough is made with no additives, no preservatives and no sugar.
