A specialty dessert from the Basque region of Spain. Unlike New York-style cheesecake, basque cheesecake has a thick, creamy texture with a gooey centre and a deeply caramelised ‘dark’ top. A delightfully rich cheesecake.

Our standard round 10” cakes serve between 12-14 slices. It is best to cut these gorgeous cakes with a hot knife.
